Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molding method of a three-dimensionally bent resin pipe having high dimensional accuracy of a tip portion.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a resin pipe, an upper die 30 and a lower die 40 of a blow molding die 20 are opened, a parison 50 is placed in a cavity 41 of the lower die 40, and a front end 51 and a rear end 52 of the parison 50 are held with parison inserting and holding parts 47 adjacent to the front end and the rear end of the cavity 41 of the lower die 40. At least portions forming the front and the rear end portions of the resin pipe 10 of the parison 50 are held by parison holding members 46, the upper die 30 and the lower die 40 are closed, and the parison 50 is expanded by blowing. The parison holding members 46 are lowered into the lower die, the parison 50 is abutted on the inner surface of the cavity 41 and is blow-molded, a resin pipe 10 is thus molded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】先端部分の寸法精度の高い、三次元に屈曲した樹脂パイプのブロー成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂パイプの製造方法において、ブロー成形金20型の上型30と下型40を開いて、下型40のキャビティー41にパリソン50を置き、パリソン50は先端51と後端52を、下型40のキャビティー41の先端と後端に隣接するパリソン挟持部47で保持する。パリソン50の少なくとも樹脂パイプ10の先端と後端部分を形成する部分をパリソン保持部材46で保持し、上型30と下型40を閉じて、ブローによりパリソン50を膨らませる。パリソン保持部材46を下型内に下げて、パリソン50をキャビティー41の内面に当接させてブロー成形を行い、樹脂パイプ10を成形する。【選択図】図2 |
