PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to change a tool without generation of a loss in a processing cycle time.SOLUTION: A tool pot detaching/attaching device 30 is so located as to be capable of elevating between an elevated position P3 and a lowered position P4 at an inside position of a tool holder 11, and a tool pot transport device 40 moves a conveyance base 42 between a position P1 inside a housing and a second position P2 outside the housing. The conveyance base 42 comprises a first pot holder 44 which holds a removed tool pot TP1, and a second pot holder 45 which holds a new tool pot TP2. The tool pot TP1 entered between an upper claw 31 and a lower claw 32 at the elevated position P3 is clamped and is lowered to the lowered position P4, and the tool pot TP1 is delivered to the first pot holder 44. The tool pot TP2 of the second pot holder 45 is clamped at the lowered position P4 and is elevated to the elevated position P3, whereby the tool pot is fitted to the tool holder 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】加工のサイクルタイムにロスを生じさせることなく工具の交換をする。【解決手段】ツールポット脱着装置３０はツールホルダ１１の内側位置において上昇位置Ｐ３と下降位置Ｐ４の間を昇降可能に設置され、ツールポット搬送装置４０は筐体内部の第１の位置Ｐ１と筐体外部の第２の位置Ｐ２との間で搬送ベース４２を移動させる。搬送ベース４２は取り外したツールポットＴＰ１を保持する第１のポットホルダ４４と、新しいツールポットＴＰ２を保持する第２のポットホルダ４５を備える。上昇位置Ｐ３で上爪３１及び下爪３２の間に侵入したツールポットＴＰ１をクランプして下降位置Ｐ４へ下降し、ツールポットＴＰ１を第１のポットホルダ４４へと受け渡す。第２のポットホルダ４５のツールポットＴＰ２を下降位置Ｐ４でクランプして上昇位置Ｐ３へ上昇することによりツールホルダ１１へと取り付ける。【選択図】 図６
