Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize an isolator reduced in weight, and a method of assembling the isolator.SOLUTION: A work chamber 30 between an upper unit 10 and a lower unit 20 on an isolator 100, is configured by a transparent resin cylindrical body 31. An upper edge 31a of the cylindrical body 31 is stuck with a double-sided tape 34 stuck on an outer peripheral edge of an upper frame body 11 provided on a lower surface of the upper unit 10, and then a part of the cylindrical body 31 is sandwiched at an edge of the upper frame body 11 by a seal member 35 showing a clip-shaped cross-section, thereby fixing the cylindrical body 31 to the upper frame body 11 without a clearance. A lower edge 31b of the cylindrical body 31 is stuck with the double-sided tape 34 stuck on an outer peripheral edge of a lower frame body 21 provided on an upper surface of the lower unit 20, and then a part of the cylindrical body 31 is sandwiched at an edge of the lower frame body 21 by the seal member 35 showing a clip-shaped cross-section, thereby fixing the cylindrical body 31 to the lower frame body 21 without a clearance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量化したアイソレーター及びそのアイソレーターの組み立て方法を実現する。【解決手段】アイソレーター100における上部ユニット10と下部ユニット20の間の作業室30を、透明な樹脂製の筒状体31で構成するようにし、上部ユニット10の下面に設けられた上枠体11の外周縁に貼付した両面テープ34で筒状体31の上縁31aを貼着した後、上枠体11の縁に筒状体31の一部を断面がクリップ形状を呈するシール部材35で挟み込んで、上枠体11に筒状体31を隙間なく固定し、また下部ユニット20の上面に設けられた下枠体21の外周縁に貼付した両面テープ34で筒状体31の下縁31bを貼着した後、下枠体21の縁に筒状体31の一部を断面がクリップ形状を呈するシール部材35で挟み込んで、下枠体21に筒状体31を隙間なく固定するようにした。【選択図】図1 |
