Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element, a wavelength conversion layer and a light-adjusting layer. The light-emitting element includes a first upper surface, a bottom surface, and a lateral surface between the first upper surface and the bottom surface. The wavelength conversion layer includes a transparent adhesive and a plurality of wavelength conversion particles, and has a second upper surface covering the first upper surface. The light-adjusting layer surrounds the lateral surface of the light-emitting element and has a first composition or a second composition. The first composition includes a first binder and a plurality of first diffusing particles diffused in the first binder. A weight percentage of the first diffusing particles to the light-adjusting layer is 20% or more. The second composition includes a second binder, a plurality of second diffusing particles diffused in the second binder, and a plurality of light-scattering particles diffused in the second binder.
