PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annotation method and the like that simplify annotation on a fisheye image.SOLUTION: In an annotation method for a fisheye image, a fisheye image is acquired; a transformed image is generated by performing perspective projection transformation of the fisheye image; the transformed image is presented to an operator; input of annotation information regarding annotation performed on the transformed image is received from the operator; coordinate information, included in the input annotation information, regarding the annotation in the transformed image is transformed into coordinates in the fisheye image; and the annotation information resulting from the transformation is recorded as annotation information in the fisheye image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】魚眼画像上でのアノテーション付与を簡易にするアノテーション付与方法等を提供する。【解決手段】魚眼画像へのアノテーション付与方法では、魚眼画像を取得し、魚眼画像を透視投影変換した変換画像を生成し、変換画像を処理者に提示し、処理者から、変換画像に付与されるアノテーションに関するアノテーション情報の入力を受け付け、入力されたアノテーション情報に含まれる、変換画像でのアノテーションの座標情報を、魚眼画像での座標に変換し、変換後のアノテーション情報を、魚眼画像におけるアノテーション情報として記録する。【選択図】図４
