Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen peroxide analyzer capable of easily and highly sensitively analyzing an extremely small amount of hydrogen peroxide in water.SOLUTION: A hydrogen peroxide analyzer 1 includes a sample collecting pipeline 3 for introducing test water W as analysis object from a sub-system 2 of an ultrapure water manufacturing device, which introduces the test water W at two sites. A first sample collecting pipeline 3A as a first introduction part is in communication with a first dissolved hydrogen meter 4, a second sample collecting pipeline 3B as a second introduction part is in communication with hydrogen peroxide decomposing means 5, and a branching tube 6A of the hydrogen peroxide decomposing means 5 for treatment water W1 is in communication with a second dissolved hydrogen meter 7. In addition, the first dissolved hydrogen meter 4 and the second dissolved hydrogen meter 7 are respectively configured to transmit measurement results to calculation means 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 水中の極微量の過酸化水素を簡便且つ高感度に分析できる過酸化水素分析装置を提供する。【解決手段】 過酸化水素分析装置1は、超純水製造装置のサブシステム2から分析対象となる検水Wを導入するサンプル採取用配管3を有しており、このサンプル採取用配管3は2か所で検水Wを導入する。第一の導入部である第一のサンプル採取用配管3Aは第一の溶存水素計4に連通しており、第二の導入部である第二のサンプル採取用配管3Bは過酸化水素分解手段5に連通しており、この過酸化水素分解手段5の処理水W1の分岐菅6Aは第二の溶存水素計7に連通している。そして、第一の溶存水素計4及び第二の溶存水素計7は、それぞれ演算手段8に測定結果を送信可能となっている。【選択図】 図1
