PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly construct and dismantle a columnar support structure.SOLUTION: A columnar support structure (3) for capturing substances flowing in by a wave force, and erected on the ground face with a prescribed interval in a Tsunami barrier comprises: a columnar support foundation part (33) which is embedded into the ground at one end part; and a columnar support main body part (37) which is connected to the columnar support foundation part (33) in series thereto, and extends toward the ground.
