PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics which contain a lot of hydrogen gas and can sufficiently express various functions of hydrogen gas, to provide production methods thereof, and to provide hydrogen gas-containing viscous compositions.SOLUTION: The present invention provides cosmetics containing hydrogen gas in air bubble conditions to a composition comprising a thickener and a fluid medium, the minimal air bubble diameter of the hydrogen gas in air bubble conditions being more than 1 μm or more, the maximum air bubble diameter of the hydrogen gas in air bubble conditions being 10 mm or less, and the content of the hydrogen gas in air bubble conditions in the cosmetic being 0.1 to 70 volume % [v/w]; and a hydrogen gas-containing viscous composition using carboxyvinyl polymer and the like as a thickener.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】水素ガスの含有量の多く、水素ガスが有する様々な機能を十分に発現できる化粧料およびその製造方法、ならびに水素ガス含有粘性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】増粘剤と液状媒体とを含む組成物に、気泡状態の水素ガスを包含する化粧料であり；前記気泡状態の水素ガスの最小気泡径が、１μｍ以上であり；前記気泡状態の水素ガスの最大気泡径が、１０ｍｍ以下であり；前記化粧料中の前記気泡状態の水素ガスの含有量が、０．１〜７０体積％［ｖ／ｗ］である化粧料；ならびに増粘剤としてカルボキシビニルポリマー等を用いた水素ガス含有粘性組成物。【選択図】図２
