Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve exact communication even when a communication error occurs due to a change in a driving current of an actuator.SOLUTION: The electronic control device, having a communication unit for outputting a control signal and capable of transmitting the control signal to an actuator to be connected through a power line, includes an actuator operation detecting unit.
