PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device equipped with a protective resistor having a high allowable current.SOLUTION: A first wiring layer 3 and a second wiring layer 6 are arranged to face each other on respective ends in the lengthwise direction of a protective resistor 4. The wiring layers are extendedly provided so as to have their longitudinal directions along width directions W3 and W6. First contacts 2 and second contacts 5 are respectively provided in the first wiring layer 3 and the second wiring layer 6 so as to form rows in the longitudinal directions. A pad 1 is electrically connected to one end in the longitudinal direction of the first wiring layer 3. An internal circuit is electrically connected to an end of the second wiring layer 6 which faces the other end opposite to the one end having the pad 1 of the first wiring layer 3 connected thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明の目的は許容電流の大きい保護抵抗を備えた電子装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】第１配線層３及び第２配線層６は保護抵抗４の長さ方向の両端部に対向するように配置され、幅方向Ｗ３，Ｗ４に沿って長手方向を有するように延設される。第１コンタクト２及び第２コンタクト５は第１配線層３及び第２配線層６に長手方向に沿って列を成すように配置される。パッド１は第１配線層３の長手方向における一方の端部に電気的に接続され、内部回路は第１配線層３のパッド１が接続される一方の端部とは反対側の端部に対向する第２配線層６の端部に電気的に接続される。【選択図】図１
