PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector device in which a plate-like member accommodating part is provided in a housing and which is formed by arranging a plurality of contacts, the connector device being able to avoid inconvenience such as distortion of a contact even when undesired external force acts on a wiring plate-like member inserted into the plate-like member accommodating part.SOLUTION: A protective member (30) is disposed between adjacent two of a plurality of contacts while having a pair of projecting pieces (32, 33) sandwiching a flexible printed wire board inserted, through an opening portion (15a), into a plate-like member accommodating part (15) between first and second flat plate-like parts (13; 14) opposite each other in a housing (12). The projecting piece (33) of the protective member (30) is disposed near the second flat plate-like part (14) of the housing (12). The free-end face portion (33a) of the projecting piece (33) projects toward the outer side of the opening portion (15a) from the end part of the contact part (23c) side of the contact with the flexible printed wire board.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ハウジングに板状部材収容部が設けられるとともに複数のコンタクトが配されて成るコネクタ装置であって、板状部材収容部に差し込まれた配線板状部材に不所望な外力が作用したときにおいてもコンタクトの変形等の不都合を回避できるものを提供する。【解決手段】ハウジング（１２）における相互対向する第１及び第２の平板状部（１３；１４）の間における板状部材収容部（１５）に開口部分（１５ａ）を通じて差し込まれたフレキシブル印刷配線基板を挟む一対の突出片部（３２，３３）を有して、複数のコンタクトのうちの隣り合う二つの間に配された保護部材（３０）が設けられ、保護部材（３０）の突出片部（３３）がハウジング（１２）の第２の平板状部（１４）に近接して配されて、突出片部（３３）の自由端面部分（３３a ）が、コンタクトのフレキシブル印刷配線基板との接触部（２３ｃ）側の端部より開口部分（１５ａ）の外方側に突出している。【選択図】 図６
