PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system and print method which can output printed matters so that the arrangement order of the printed matters becomes the preview order.SOLUTION: A print system includes: a control device 1 which performs preview display of input image data, receives the print order containing designation of the print number and print size, and generates photographic data by performing image processing to the image data; and a plurality of printers 2 which transfer ink by heating an ink ribbon 44 by a thermal head 40 based on the photographic data, print images to photographic sheets 45 and output the photographic sheets. The control device 1 switches the printers 2 performing print output in the order for each print order, receives the print order within a range of the ribbon residual number of the ink ribbon 44 of the printer 2 performing print output; generates the photographic data in the preview order or its reverse order and transmits the data to the printer 2 performing print output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プリント物の並び順がプレビュー順となるようにプリント物を出力できるプリントシステム及びプリント方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明によるプリントシステムは、入力された画像データをプレビュー表示し、プリント枚数及びプリントサイズの指定を含むプリント注文を受け付け、前記画像データに対して画像処理を施して印画データを生成する制御装置１と、サーマルヘッド４０が前記印画データに基づいてインクリボン４４を加熱してインクを転写し、印画紙４５に画像をプリントして出力する複数のプリンタ２と、を備える。制御装置１は、プリント出力を行うプリンタ２をプリント注文毎に順に切り替え、プリント出力を行うプリンタ２のインクリボン４４のリボン残数の範囲内でプリント注文を受け付け、プレビュー順又はその逆順に前記印画データを生成してプリント出力を行うプリンタ２へ送信する。【選択図】図１
