Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable heat insulation non-woven fabric for room having superior permeability and contradicting sustainable heat insulation, and being superior in texture (flexibility) and productivity.SOLUTION: A disposable heat insulation non-woven fabric for room is monolayer chemical bond non-woven fabric consisting of short fiber aggregate containing (a) moisture absorption heat generation fiber, (b) organic chemical fiber except the moisture absorption heat generation fiber, and (c) thermobonding materials respectively in ratio of 10-80 mass%, 60-15 mass%, and 30-5 mass%. The (c) thermobonding materials consist of water-typed resin emulsion. The density of the non-woven fabric is 60×10-150×10g/cm. The thickness of the non-woven fabric applied a load of 0.1 g/cmis 3-20 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】優れた通気性を持ちながら、それと相反する持続的保温性も満足し、さらに風合い(柔軟性)、生産性にも優れた室内用使い捨て保温性不織布を提供する。【解決手段】(a)吸湿発熱繊維、(b)吸湿発熱繊維以外の有機化学繊維、及び(c)熱接着材をそれぞれ10〜80質量%、60〜15質量%、及び30〜5質量%の割合で含む短繊維集合体からなる単一層のケミカルボンド不織布であって、(c)熱接着材が、水系化した樹脂エマルジョンからなり、不織布の密度が60×10−4〜150×10−4g/cm3であり、且つ0.1g/cm2の荷重を加えた状態での不織布の厚みが3〜20mmであることを特徴とする室内用使い捨て保温性不織布。【選択図】なし |
