Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion material having a high molar absorption coefficient in a red light region, and to provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of photoelectric conversion in all visible light regions with high photoelectric conversion efficiency through using the material in a photoelectric conversion film.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element includes: an electron capturing electrode 5; a hole capturing electrode 4; and at least one organic compound layer 1 arranged between the electron capturing electrode 5 and the hole capturing electrode 4. In the organic compound layer 1, a vinyl group is bonded directly to an amino group, and the amino group includes a hydrocarbon aromatic ring group or a heteroaromatic ring group as a substituent group.
