An upper end part 5a and a lower end part 5b of the stay 5 are offset in at least the vehicle width direction 2. A vibration absorption part 22 capable of absorbing vibration from the floor panel 4 side is provided at the offset stay 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】主に、フロアパネル側からの振動を吸収してステアリングコラムへ伝えないようにする。【解決手段】車幅方向２へ延びるメンバ本体３の中間部に、メンバ本体３をフロアパネル４に対して支持固定可能なステー５を備えたステアリングメンバ１に関する。上記ステー５の上端部５ａと下端部５ｂとを、少なくとも車幅方向２に対してオフセットさせる。そして、オフセットされたステー５に対して、フロアパネル４側からの振動を吸収可能な振動吸収部２２を設ける。【選択図】図２
