Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device which reduces the burden of a fixing operation between loads to be mounted and a vehicle and increases a fixing force with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A fixing device 70 is used inside a vehicle on which loads 2, 3 are mounted. The fixing device 70 includes a fifth rod-like member 45, a third rod-like member 43, a fourth rod-like member 44, a first buffer member 71, and second buffer members 72, 73. The first buffer member 71 and the second buffer members 72, 73 are elastically deformed by being sandwiched between the fifth rod-like member 45, the third rod-like member 43 or the fourth rod-like member 44 and the loads 2, 3. A recessed part 711 of the first buffer member 71 facilitates the insertion of the first buffer member 71 between the fifth rod-like member 45 and the load 2 to reduce the man-hour of fixing operation. In addition, the first buffer member 71 or the second buffer members 72, 73 apply an elastic force to the fifth rod-like member 45, the third rod-like member 43 or the fourth rod-like member 44, and the loads 2, 3.
