The plurality of capacitive elements 22 is parallel to each other and each of them supplies electric power to a light emitting element 10 at the time of discharge. The power supply 21 charges the plurality of capacitive elements 22. The discharge control unit 23 individually controls the timing at which the plurality of capacitive elements 22 discharges.
