Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of hydrogen peroxide capable of manufacturing hydrogen peroxide at high purity directly from hydrogen and oxygen at good efficiency while avoiding direct mixing of hydrogen and oxygen.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of hydrogen peroxide using a reactor of which a reaction chamber is divided by a hydrogen permeable metal film. One surface of the hydrogen permeable metal film is a first surface containing a metal dissociating molecular hydrogen to hydrogen atoms, and another surface of the hydrogen permeable metal film is a second surface containing a matrix having a metal selected from the 11 group element in the Periodic Table and a metal selected from the 8 to 10 group element in the Periodic Table, which is dispersed in the matrix. Gas containing the molecular hydrogen is introduced in a side of the first surface of the reaction chamber, and gas containing molecular oxygen is introduced in a side of the second surface of the reaction chamber, and then the hydrogen atoms dissociated in the first surface is transmitted to the side of the second surface and reacted with the molecular oxygen to manufacture hydrogen peroxide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水素と酸素の直接混合を避けながら、水素と酸素から直接に高純度の過酸化水素を効率良く製造することが可能な過酸化水素の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】水素透過性金属膜によって反応室が仕切られた反応器を用いる過酸化水素の製造方法であって、水素透過性金属膜の一方の面は、分子状水素を水素原子に解離する金属を含む第一の面であり、水素透過性金属膜の他方の面は、周期表第11族元素から選択される金属を有するマトリクスと、マトリクス中に分散された周期表第8〜10族元素から選択される金属とを含む第二の面であり、反応室の第一の面側に分子状水素を含むガスを導入し、反応室の第二の面側に分子状酸素を含むガスを導入し、第一の面で解離された水素原子を第二の面側に透過させ、第二の面にて分子状酸素と反応させて、過酸化水素を製造することを特徴とする、過酸化水素の製造方法。【選択図】図1
