Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device and a discharge system that make shapes of food materials after discharge uniform and stable by using a new air blowout structure.SOLUTION: A discharge device (20) includes a body (24) having a food material passage (30), and a rotary valve (26) provided in the food material passage (30). The food material passage (30) includes an upstream part (30a) and a downstream part (30b) with respect to the rotary valve (26). The rotary valve (26) can move between a discharge position for communicating the upper part (30a) with the downstream part (30b), and a non-discharge position for blocking the downstream part (30b), and includes a blowout port (44) for blowing out air toward the downstream part (30b). When the rotary valve (26) moves from the discharge position to the non-discharge position, the blowout port (44) moves from a closed position where it is closed by the body (24) to a blowout position where it is exposed to the downstream part (30b).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】新規な空気の吹出し構造を用いて、吐出後の食品材料の形状を一様にし且つ安定させる吐出装置及び吐出システムを提供する。【解決手段】吐出装置(20)は、食品材料通路(30)を有する本体(24)と、食品材料通路(30)に設けられたロータリバルブ(26)を有する。食品材料通路(30)は、ロータリバルブ(26)に対する上流部分(30a)と下流部分(30b)を有する。ロータリバルブ(26)は、上流部分(30a)と下流部分(30b)を連通させる吐出位置と、下流部分(30b)を塞ぐ非吐出位置との間を移動可能であり、下流部分(30b)に向かって空気を吹出す吹出し口(44)を有する。吹出し口(44)は、ロータリバルブ(26)が吐出位置から非吐出位置に移動するとき、本体(24)によって閉鎖された閉鎖位置から、下流部分(30b)に露出される吹出し位置に移動する。【選択図】図6 |
