PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus in which change in SN occurring when a fine adjustment mechanism for exposure and a coarse adjustment mechanism are combined is suppressed.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: an imaging device 100 which is imaging means; first adjustment means for adjusting exposure of the imaging device 100; second adjustment means for adjusting the exposure of the imaging device 100 more finely than the first adjustment means; and a dither adding circuit 114 for adding noise to an output signal of the imaging device 100.
