PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can prevent an unnecessary user's visit and can periodically provide new property information preferred by the user, and a property information management system.SOLUTION: There is provided an image forming apparatus comprising: a user relevant information acquisition part that acquires, from a user, a search condition for candidate properties and scheduled visit time; and an update information request part that transmits a request for update information on the property information to a server on the basis of the scheduled visit time information acquired by the user relevant information acquisition part; the image forming apparatus updating database information held therein on the basis of the update information acquired from the server.
