Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of abnormal noise caused by thermal expansion or shrinkage in a heat exchanger having a structure in which a partition plate is installed between a first shell member and a second shell member.SOLUTION: A passage of a heat exchanger includes: a first shell member having an inflow port of inner flow gas flowing inside the passage; a second shell member having an outflow port of the inner flow gas; and a partition plate 50 formed of a material different from the first shell member and the second shell member and having a plurality of flow ports 54 of the inner flow gas. The heat exchanger further includes a plurality of projecting portions 55 projecting radially outwards from the outer periphery of the partition plate, and while the projecting portions are pressed from both sides by the first shell member and the second shell member, the first shell member and the second shell member are joined to each other air-tightly. The partition plate includes the flow ports each located at a section on the radial inner side adjacent to the projecting portion. Due to this structure, since thermal expansion or shrinkage of the partition plate can be absorbed by deformation of the flow ports, thermal expansion and shrinkage transmitted to the projecting portions can be reduced. As a result, abnormal noise generated by rubbing of the projecting portions against the first shell member and the second shell member can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】第1殻部材と第2殻部材との間に仕切板を設置する構造の熱交換器で、熱膨張あるいは収縮に伴う異音の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】熱交換器の通路は、通路の内側を流れる内流気体の流入口を有する第1殻部材と、内流気体の流出口を有する第2殻部材と、第1殻部材および第2殻部材とは異なる材料で形成されて、内流気体の流通口54を複数有する仕切板50とを備え、仕切板の外周から径方向の外側に突き出た複数の突出部55が設けられると共に、第1殻部材と第2殻部材とで突出部を両側から押さえた状態で、第1殻部材および第2殻部材を気密に接合する。そして、仕切板は、突出部に隣接する径方向の内側の箇所に流通口を有する。こうすれば、仕切板の熱膨張や収縮を流通口の変形によって吸収可能なので、突出部に伝わる熱膨張や収縮を小さくでき、その結果、突出部が第1殻部材および第2殻部材とこすれ合って生じる異音を抑制することが可能となる。【選択図】図5
