Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal surface treatment agent for electrolytic treatment which can add property of color fastness onto an Sn-based plating material as well, and is practically suitable with deposition property of Zr-P-based coating in short time, stability of a metal surface treatment agent by Sn contamination, stability of the metal surface treatment agent with time or the like.SOLUTION: There is provided a metal surface treatment agent for electrolytic treatment containing one or more kinds of molten metal M component selected from a molten Zr component, a molten F component, a molten P component, a molten Zn component, a molten Mn component and a molten Cu component and one or more anion selected from nitrate ion, chloride ion and sulfate ion and having a ratio (P/Zr) between conversion mass of a P element in the molten P component (P) and conversion mass of a Zr element in the molten Zr component (Zr), in a range of 0.04 to 0.5 and a ratio (P/Zr) between conversion mass of a metal element in the molten M component (M) and conversion mass of the Zr element in the molten Zr component (Zr), in a range of 0.05 to 2.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】耐変色性の性質をもSn系めっき材上に付与可能であると共に、短時間でのZr−P系皮膜の析出性、Sn混入による金属表面処理剤の安定性、金属表面処理剤の経時による安定性等、実用上好適な電解処理用金属表面処理剤の提供。【解決手段】溶解Zr成分と、溶解F成分と、溶解P成分と、溶解Zn成分、溶解Mn成分及び溶解Cu成分から選択される1種以上の溶解金属M成分と、硝酸イオン、塩化物イオン及び硫酸イオンから選択される1種以上の陰イオンと、を含有し、前記溶解P成分のP元素の換算質量(Pw)と前記溶解Zr成分のZr元素の換算質量(Zrw)との比(Pw/Zrw)が0.04〜0.5の範囲内であり、前記溶解金属M成分の金属元素の換算質量(Mw)と前記溶解Zr成分のZr元素の換算質量(Zrw)との質量比(Mw/Zrw)が0.05〜2.5の範囲内である、電解処理用金属表面処理剤。【選択図】なし
