PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition that can form a coated film having excellent solvent resistance and sunscreen resistance.SOLUTION: A coating composition contains (A) a polycarbonate diol composition that contains 5-50 mass% of polyoxyethylene structures with the number of repetitions of 9-50, and 50-95 mass% of polycarbonate structures represented by formula 2, and has a number average molecular weight of 300-10000, (B) a polyol other than (A), and (C) an isocyanate compound.
