Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide copper zinc powder having reduced particle diameter, and a method for producing the copper oxide powder by a chemical reduction method.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing copper oxide powder where either an alkali solution or a copper ion-containing solution is added to the other to generate copper hydroxide, and thereafter, a reducer such as reducing sugar is added thereto to reduce and precipitate cuprous oxide particles, bivalent iron ions of 0.00001 to 0.04 mol(10 to 40,000 ppm) are added to the copper ion-containing solution to the amount of the copper ions before the generation of the copper hydroxide to produce cuprous oxide powder in which the particle primary particle dimeter measured by scanning type electron microscopy (SEM) is 0.5 μm or lower and 50% particle diameter calculated by laser diffraction type particle diameter distribution measurement (Ddiameter) is 0.8 μm or lower, and containing iron of 30 ppm or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来より粒径が小さい亜酸化銅粉末およびその亜酸化銅粉末を化学還元法により製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】アルカリ溶液と銅イオン含有溶液の一方を他方に添加して水酸化銅を生成させた後に、還元糖などの還元剤を添加して亜酸化銅粒子を還元析出させる亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法において、水酸化銅を生成させる前に銅イオン含有溶液中の銅イオンの量に対して0.00001〜0.04モル(10〜40000ppm)の2価の鉄イオンを銅イオン含有溶液に添加して、走査型電子顕微鏡(SEM)により測定される平均一次粒子径が0.5μm以下、レーザー回折式粒度分布測定によって算出される50%粒子径(D50径)が0.8μm以下であり、30ppm以上の鉄を含有する亜酸化銅粉末を製造する。【選択図】図1 |
