Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head and a liquid discharge device capable of reducing generation of satellites and performing excellent liquid discharge.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge head 3 includes: a discharge port 13 for discharging liquid; a pressure chamber 23 communicated with the discharge port 13; and an energy generation element 15 arranged in the pressure chamber 23. The discharge port 13 is provided with a plurality of projections 13a projecting from an inner peripheral edge of the discharge port 13 toward a central portion.
