Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an occurrence of a burr on a parking gear part 23 which has been roughly shaped.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a fixed pulley 2 with a parking gear in which a parking gear part 23 is integrally formed comprises: first steps (step S101 and step S102) of, by hot forging of a rod-like raw material 4, shaping a main part of the fixed pulley 2 having a shaft part 21 and a sheave part 22; a second step (step S103) of, by hot forging of an intermediate raw material 4B obtained in the first step, roughly shaping the parking gear part 23 on a back side of the sheave part 22; and a third step (step S104) of, by cold forging of an intermediate raw material 4C obtained in the second step, shaping the parking gear part 23.
