Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a soil physical property adjustment material capable of being used as a moisture content adjustment material of contaminated soil and the soil physical property adjustment material.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a soil physical property adjustment material used for adjusting physical properties of a contaminated soil by adding the same to the contaminated soil when an iron powder is added to the contaminated soil containing contaminants and the iron powder absorbing the contaminants from the contaminated soil is recovered and removed by a dry magnetic selection, including an organic waste incineration process for inputting organic waste to a fluid flow having an in-furnace temperature of 500 to 900°C and blowing air to the fluid flow furnace to incinerate the organic waste, and a dust collection process for supplying high temperature exhaust gas generated by the incineration of the organic waste in the organic waste incineration process to a cyclone type dust collector at an inner temperature of 500°C to 900°C, and collecting incineration ash contained in the high temperature exhaust gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】汚染土壌の水分含有量調整材として利用できる土壌物性調整材の製造方法及び土壌物性調整材を提供する。【解決手段】汚染物質を含む汚染土壌に鉄粉を添加し、該汚染土壌から汚染物質を吸着した鉄粉を乾式磁選により回収除去する際に、前記汚染土壌に添加して該汚染土壌の物性を調整するために用いられる土壌物性調整材の製造方法であって、炉内温度を500〜900℃とした流動炉に有機性廃棄物を投入し、該流動炉内に空気を吹き込みつつ、前記有機性廃棄物を焼却する有機性廃棄物焼却工程と、有機性廃棄物焼却工程で有機性廃棄物が焼却されることで生成された高温排ガスを、内部温度を500℃〜900℃としたサイクロン式集塵機に供給して高温排ガスに含まれる焼却灰を回収する集塵工程とを含む。【選択図】図2
