Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a crack from occurring in a locking part while combining a plurality of pieces of laminated members.SOLUTION: A gasket 100 is provided between mating surfaces of a pair of members, for example, a cylinder block 200 and a cylinder head 300. The gasket includes a laminate in which a plurality of pieces of plate members 100a-100c are laminated, and each of the plate members 100a-100c is locked with each other by a locking part 103.
