Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel shaft gear multistage reduction gear which is low in cost, can easily obtain the lineup of a reduction ratio, can be reduced in size, and is excellent in waterproof performance.SOLUTION: A parallel shaft gear multistage reduction gear is constituted by integrally combining case components 2, 3 which are divided into a plurality of piece. At each of the case components 2, 3, there is arranged: a reduction gear case 1 in which penetration holes of an input shaft 6 and an output shaft 5 are formed on the same axial line; one or more intermediate flanges 8 which are internally arranged in an internal space 4 formed at the reduction gear case 1, and in which a protrusion is formed at least at a part of an external peripheral face, and an insertion hole is formed at a center position; one or more output stage pinion gears 15 whose shaft parts are inserted into the insertion holes of the intermediate flanges 8, and which are rotatably supported; an initial stage gear 13 which is supported to a shaft part of an output stage pinion gear 15 of the initial stage, and engaged with the input shaft 6; and an output shaft stage gear 16 which is attached to the output shaft 5, and engaged with the output stage pinion gear 15 of a final stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 本発明は、低コストで、減速比のラインナップを容易に実現することができるとともに、小型化が図れ、かつ防水性能に優れた平行軸歯車多段減速機を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 複数に分割されたケース部品2,3を一体に組み合わせて構成され、前記各ケース部品2,3には入力軸6と出力軸5の挿通孔を同軸線上に形成した減速機ケース1と、この減速機ケース1に設けられた内部空間4に内装され、外周面の少なくとも一部に突出部を形成し、中心位置に挿通孔を形成した1つ以上の中間フランジ8と、この中間フランジ8の前記挿通孔に軸部を挿通されて回転自在に支持された1つ以上の出力段ピニオンギヤ15と、前記初段の出力段ピニオンギヤ15の軸部に支持されて前記入力軸6に噛合した初段ギヤ13と、前記出力軸5に装着され、前記最終段の出力段ピニオンギヤ15に噛合した出力段ギヤ16とを備えていることにある。【選択図】 図2
