PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a composition which solve problems of UHMWPE powder that mixing of two powders is difficult because of very low density and high porosity, that formation of a uniform powder mixture is difficult when additives are also powder and that uniform distribution of a liquid in a powder having a very large surface area is difficult when additives are liquid but is uniform.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of supplying at least one first fluid component; a step of supplying at least one second solid component and processing the second solid component so that the first component can be diffused in the second component; and a step of diffusing the first component in the second component. Preferably, in the method, the first component contains one or more kinds of liquids and further contains one or more kinds of gases, and contains a solid.
