Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a composition which solve problems of UHMWPE powder that mixing of two powders is difficult because of very low density and high porosity, that formation of a uniform powder mixture is difficult when additives are also powder and that uniform distribution of a liquid in a powder having a very large surface area is difficult when additives are liquid but is uniform.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of supplying at least one first fluid component; a step of supplying at least one second solid component and processing the second solid component so that the first component can be diffused in the second component; and a step of diffusing the first component in the second component. Preferably, in the method, the first component contains one or more kinds of liquids and further contains one or more kinds of gases, and contains a solid. Preferably, in the method, the second component is powder, is compressed to form a capillary tube between particles, and is penetrated by a capillary force to form a composition, and a liquid or a gas is removed to produce a solid composition and the solid composition is sintered.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】UHMWPE粉末は非常に密度が低く、高度に多孔質のため、2種の粉末の混合、及び、添加物が粉末の場合、均一な粉末混合物の形成が困難、並びに、添加物が液体の形態の場合、極めて高い表面積を有し、粉末にその液体の均一な分布が、やはり困難であるが、均一な組成物の形成方法の提供。【解決手段】少なくとも1つの第1の流体成分を提供する工程;少なくとも1つの第2の固体成分を提供し、それを加工して第1の成分が第2の成分に拡散できるようにする工程;および第1の成分を第2の成分に拡散させる工程を含む方法。好ましくは、第1成分に、1種以上の液体を含み、更に1種以上の気体を含み、その上、固体を含む、方法。好ましくは、第2成分が粉末であり、圧縮され、粒子間に毛細管が形成され、前記毛細管力により浸透させ、組成物を形成し、更にその後、液体又は気体を除去し、固体組成物を製造し、更に焼結する方法。【選択図】なし
