PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel capable of reducing hull resistance when a roll of a hull is small while reducing the roll of the hull, and a roll reduction method.SOLUTION: A vessel comprises: a hull 2 having a pair of right and left broadsides 4A and 4B; and a plurality of sets of fin stabilizers 20a and 20b being provided at intervals in a bow and stern direction of the hull 2 and consisting of pairs of right and left fins 21aa, 21ab, 21ba, and 21bb.
