Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly notify that a driver is in an abnormal condition by using a horn.SOLUTION: In a vehicle alarm control device, a driving support ECU starts, when an abnormal condition that a driver of a vehicle loses driving capability is determined (S15:Yes), an abnormal time operation control so as to decelerate the vehicle to stop it (S17) and sound a horn (S20). The driving support ECU measures the lapse time from sounding start of the horn by a horn timer th and sets a sounding pattern according to the measurement time (S19). 【課題】 運転者が異常状態であることを、ホーンを用いて適切に報知する。【解決手段】 運転支援ECUは、車両の運転者が、車両を運転する能力を失っている異常状態にあると判定すると(S15:Yes)、異常時運転制御を開始して、車両を停止させるべく減速させる(S17)とともに、ホーンを鳴動させる(S20)。この場合、運転支援ECUは、ホーンタイマthによって、ホーンの鳴動開始からの経過時間を計測し、その計測時間に応じた鳴動パターンを設定する(S19)。この鳴動パターンは、ホーンの鳴動開始からの経過時間が長くなるにしたがって、単位時間あたりにおけるホーンの鳴動時間の割合を低下させるように設定される。【選択図】 図2 |
