Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidification base material, a dehumidification base material forming device, and a forming method for the dehumidification base material.SOLUTION: A dehumidification base material includes a metal sheet, an upper adhesive sheet, a lower adhesive sheet, and upper and lower hygroscopic material layers. The dehumidification base material is formed by a dehumidification base material forming device. A base material rolled web including an upper release sheet, the upper adhesive sheet, the metal sheet, the lower adhesive sheet, and a lower release sheet is placed on a rolled web placing part of the dehumidification base material forming device. The base material rolled web first passes through a first peeling roller. The upper release sheet is peeled from the base material rolled web, and is wound up around an upper release sheet winding part. The base material rolled web passes through an upper hygroscopic material supply part and the hygroscopic material is scattered on the upper adhesive sheet. Then, the base material rolled web passes through a second peeling roller, and the lower release sheet is peeled from the base material rolled web and is wound up around a lower release sheet winding part. Then, the base material rolled web passes through a lower hygroscopic material supply part, and the hygroscopic material is scattered on the lower adhesive sheet to form a dehumidification base material.
