PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, method and program of acquiring a tomographic image in which the distortion occurring due to the movement is reduced even when the movement having the relatively-large movement per unit time occurs out of the movements of an eye to be examined when tracking in accordance with the movement of the eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An optical interference tomographic imaging apparatus includes: movement amount acquisition means which acquires the movement amount of an eye to be examined using a plurality of fundus images of the eye to be examined acquired at the different times; and control means which controls scan means so as to re-execute a plurality of times of scanning in the frequency being the frequency of scanning by the scan means determined on the basis of the acquisition rate of the plurality of fundus images and the acquisition rate of the plurality of tomographic images faster than the acquisition rate of the plurality of fundus images and including scanning at the scan position where the movement of the eye to be examined occurs when the movement amount of the eye to be examined exceeds a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15 【課題】被検眼の動きに応じて追尾を行っている際に、該被検眼の動きのうち単位時間あたりの動きが比較的大きい動きが生じた場合でも、この動きによって生じる歪みが低減された断層画像を取得する装置、方法、プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】光干渉断層撮像装置が、異なる時間に取得された被検眼の複数の眼底画像を用いて被検眼の移動量を取得する移動量取得手段と、被検眼の移動量が閾値を超えた場合には、複数の眼底画像の取得レートと複数の眼底画像の取得レートよりも速い複数の断層画像の取得レートとによって定まる走査手段による走査の回数であって、被検眼の移動が生じた走査位置の走査を含む回数の複数の走査を再度実行するように走査手段を制御する制御手段を有する。【選択図】図１５
