Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of rotary electric machine having plural permanent magnets embedded in a rotor core the outer surface of which is covered with adhesive in a wide range, capable of reducing stress acting on the permanent magnets at high speed rotation of the rotor core.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: an injection step S1 in which an adhesive is injected into magnet insertion holes of a rotor core; an insertion step S2 in which the permanent magnets are inserted into the magnet insertion holes injected with the adhesive; and a filling step S3 in which the permanent magnets are presses into the magnet insertion holes to fill the adhesive over the outer surface of the permanent magnet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】回転子鉄心に埋め込まれる永久磁石の外表面のより広い範囲を接着剤によって覆うことができ、回転子鉄心の高速回転時に永久磁石に作用する応力を緩和することができる回転電機の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】回転子鉄心の磁石挿入孔に接着剤を注入する注入工程S1と、接着剤が注入された磁石挿入孔に永久磁石を挿入する挿入工程S2と、永久磁石を磁石挿入孔に押し込んで接着剤を永久磁石の外表面に行き渡らせる充填工程S3と、を有する。【選択図】図3
