PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias circuit which stably supplies a bias current irrespective of a signal level of an input signal.SOLUTION: A bias circuit supplying a first bias current or a voltage to an amplifier amplifying a radio frequency signal, includes: an FET having a drain supplied with a power supply voltage and outputting the first bias current or the voltage from a source; a first bipolar transistor having a collector connected to a gate of the FET, a base connected to the source of the FET, an emitter grounded, and a collector supplied with a constant current; and a first capacitor having one end connected to the collector of the first bipolar transistor and suppressing a collector voltage variation of the first bipolar transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】入力信号の信号レベルにかかわらずバイアス電流を安定的に供給するバイアス回路を提供する。【解決手段】バイアス回路は、無線周波数信号を増幅する増幅器に第１バイアス電流又は電圧を供給するバイアス回路であって、ドレインに電源電圧が供給され、ソースから第１バイアス電流又は電圧を出力するＦＥＴと、コレクタがＦＥＴのゲートに接続され、ベースがＦＥＴのソースに接続され、エミッタが接地され、コレクタに定電流が供給される第１バイポーラトランジスタと、一端が第１バイポーラトランジスタのコレクタに接続される第１キャパシタであって、第１バイポーラトランジスタのコレクタ電圧の変動を抑制する第１キャパシタと、を備える。【選択図】図２
