Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor factors that deteriorate reception quality in radio communication without increasing an amount of processing for each mobile communication terminal.SOLUTION: A monitoring method includes: an acquisition step of obtaining peripheral information indicating situations around a base station communicating with a terminal device by radio; a reception step for receiving terminal information indicating the state of the terminal device from the terminal device via the base station; a monitoring step of monitoring the presence or absence of factors that deteriorate quality of radio communication between the base station and the terminal device by using the obtained peripheral information and the received terminal information; and a control step for controlling the base station on the basis of a result of monitoring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 処理量を増大させることなく、無線通信における受信品質を劣化させる要因を携帯通信端末毎に監視することを目的とする。【解決手段】 端末装置との間で無線通信を行う基地局における周囲の状況を示す周囲情報を取得する取得ステップと、端末装置の状態を示す端末情報を、基地局を介して端末装置から受信する受信ステップと、取得した周囲情報と受信した端末情報とを用いて、基地局と端末装置との間の無線通信における品質を劣化させる要因が存在するか否かを監視する監視ステップと、監視の結果に基づいて基地局を制御する制御ステップとを備える。【選択図】 図1
