PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating apparatus capable of performing heat treatment on both sides of an object to be heated and furthermore forming burnt deposits thereon without using other heat sources such as a heater.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a high-frequency heating apparatus 100 which includes: a first surface wave excitation body 103a, a second surface wave excitation body 103b; a first high-frequency power supply part 110a; a second high-frequency power supply part 110b; and a high-frequency power generation part 120.
