A second stirring screw 62 conveys, while stirring, the developer in the developer container 60. A developing roller 63 is located above the second stirring screw 62 and conveys the developer while carrying the developer on its surface. A draw-up guide part 68 guides the developer conveyed by the second stirring screw 62 toward the developing roller 63. A film member 69 is provided on a top face 68B of the draw-up guide part 68.
