Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce judder at inertia phase without amplifying it irrespective of any relation with μ-V characteristic of a friction element when the judder occurs at the time of transmission.SOLUTION: A transmission is carried out by releasing a high-clutch 33 and at the same time by fastening a low-brake 32. This CVT 4 with a sub-transmission is provided with a judder reduction control means [Fig.6] for reducing judder when a judder occurs at a high-clutch 33 during transmission, a transmission capacity of the low-brake 32 is generated under an inertia phase of the transmission phase to reduce the judder. The judder reduction control means [Fig.6] generates the transmission capacity of the low-brake 32 subsequent to a timing to detect that a rotational speed of the low-brake 32 becomes less than a rotational speed [0 rpm] under fastening completed state of the low-brake 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】変速に際してジャダーが発生した場合、摩擦要素のμ-V特性にかかわらず、イナーシャフェーズにおけるジャダーを増幅させることなく低減すること。【解決手段】ハイクラッチ33を解放すると共にローブレーキ32を締結することで変速が行われる。この副変速機付CVT4において、変速に際してハイクラッチ33においてジャダーが発生した場合、変速フェーズがイナーシャフェーズにおいてローブレーキ32の伝達容量を発生させることで、ジャダーを低減するジャダー低減制御手段(図6)を備える。ジャダー低減制御手段(図6)は、ローブレーキ32の回転速度が、ローブレーキ32が締結完了状態における回転速度(0rpm)未満となることが検知されたタイミング以降に、ローブレーキ32の伝達容量を発生させる。【選択図】図6
