PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment/detachment device in which an operation of a hooking member becomes possible by an insertion body being inserted in a body to be inserted, and to provide an image forming device.SOLUTION: An attachment/detachment device includes: an insertion body detachably inserted in a body to be inserted; a hooking member having a protrusion protruding toward the body to be inserted from the insertion body, and for fixing the insertion body in the body to be inserted by the protrusion moving and hooking in the body to be inserted by receiving an operation; and a suppression member which suppresses the movement of the protrusion by protruding toward the body to be inserted from the insertion body side by side with the protrusion, and which opens the movement of the protrusion applied to the body to be inserted by being pushed in the insertion body by the body to be inserted when the insertion body is inserted in the body to be inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】挿入体が被挿入体に挿入されることで掛止部材の操作が可能となる着脱装置および画像形成装置を提供する。【解決手段】被挿入体に着脱自在に挿入される挿入体と、上記挿入体から上記被挿入体に向けて突き出した突出部を有し、操作を受けてその突出部が動いてその被挿入体に掛かることでその挿入体をその被挿入体に固定する掛止部材と、上記突出部と並んで上記挿入体から上記被挿入体に向けて突き出してその突出部の動きを抑止し、その挿入体がその被挿入体に挿入されるとその被挿入体によってその挿入体に押し込まれて、その突出部が上記被挿入体に掛かる動きを開放する抑止部材と、を備える。【選択図】図６
