Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink composition which exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, shows excellent an anti-blocking effect and solves problems of plate stain and blanket stain.SOLUTION: A printing ink composition is formed by dispersing composite particles having a volume average particle size of 2-8 μm, a volume content of solid polymer particles with a particle size of more than 10 μm of 20 vol.% or less and a degree of sphericity of 0.95 or more, in printing ink. The composite particles (A) are composed of solid polymer particles (A-1) like wax which are not dissolved in the printing ink, and inorganic fine particles (A-2) which are mainly bonded to the outer peripheries of the solid polymer particles and have an average particle size of 5-1,000 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】優れた耐摩擦性を示し、かつ優れたブロッキング防止効果を奏する版汚れやブランケット汚れなどの問題の解消された印刷インキ組成物を提供する。【解決手段】印刷インキ中に、体積平均粒径は2〜8μmの範囲内にあって、粒径10μmを超える固形高分子粒子の体積含有率が20容量%以下である球形度が0.95以上の複合粒子を分散させた印刷インキ組成物。複合粒子(A)は、印刷インキ中に溶解しないワックスのような固形高分子粒子(A−1)と、主としてその外周に付着した、平均粒径5〜1000nmの無機微粒子(A−2)からなる。【選択図】なし |
