Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of adhesive grout and a grout injection method which can reduce bleeding of cement milk grout by a simple method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of adhesive grout containing cement milk includes: a cement milk generation step generating cement milk by adding cement to water; and a water-glass addition and stirring step generating floc-like nonuniform gel instantly by adding water-glass to the cement milk generated in the cement milk generation step, and accelerating gelation by mixing further while stirring to crush and miniaturize the floc-like nonuniform gel. The adhesive grout is generated while reducing material separation and bleeding.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】簡易的な方法によりセメントミルクグラウトのブリージングを低減させることのできる粘着性グラウトの製造方法及びグラウト注入工法を提供する。【解決手段】セメントミルクを含有する粘着性グラウトの製造方法において、水にセメントを加えてセメントミルクを生成するセメントミルク生成工程と、前記セメントミルク生成工程で生成したセメントミルクに水ガラスを加えてフロック状の不均一ゲルを瞬時に生成した後、撹拌して前記フロック状の不均一ゲルを砕いて微細化しながら更に混ぜ合わせてゲル化を促進する水ガラス添加撹拌工程と、を備え、材料分離やブリージングを低減しつつ粘着性グラウトを生成する。【選択図】なし
