Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of setting a temperature of a mold at low equal to that in a cold cure method and saving weight of a sheet cushion for vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a sheet cushion using a propylene oxide added polyether polyol having ratio of a primary hydroxyl group contained in terminal hydroxyl groups of 50 to 80% of 25 to 100 pts.wt. and using a silicone foam stabilizer containing no metal catalyst and having kinetic viscosity at 25°C of 400 mm/s or more for an urethane foam raw material for a side part of the sheet cushion for vehicle, and using polyether polyol having hydroxyl group value of 20 to 50 mg/KOHg and polymer polyol having hydroxyl group value of 20 to 50 mg/KOHg and using a silicone foam stabilizer containing no metal catalyst and having kinetic viscosity at 25°C of 10 to 300 mm/s for an urethane foam raw material for a main part of the sheet cushion for vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】金型の温度をコールドキュア法並みの低い温度にでき、かつ車両用シートクッションの軽量化が可能な製造方法の提供する。【解決手段】車両用シートクッションのサイド部用ウレタンフォーム原料は、末端水酸基に含まれる第1級水酸基の比率が50〜80%であるプロピレンオキサイド付加ポリエーテルポリオールを25〜100重量部使用し、金属触媒を含まず、25℃における動粘度が400mm2/s以上であるシリコーン整泡剤を使用し、車両用シートクッションのメイン部用ウレタンフォーム原料は、水酸基価20〜50mg/KOHgのポリエーテルポリオールと、水酸基価20〜50mg/KOHgのポリマーポリオールを使用し、金属触媒を含まず、25℃における動粘度が10〜300mm2/s以上であるシリコーン整泡剤を使用するシートクッションの製造方法。【選択図】なし |
