Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for producing a pultruded material, capable of improving the homogeneity of a thermosetting resin.SOLUTION: A device 100 for producing a pultruded material comprises a first opening section 112, a second opening section 113, a closing section 114, a tension-applying section 115, an impregnating section, and a mold 140. The first opening section 112 and the second opening section 113 open a bundle of reinforcing fibers 24''' and thereby obtain a bundle of reinforcing fibers 24'. The closing section 114 closes the bundle of opened reinforcing fibers 24' opened by the first and second opening section 112 and 113, and thereby obtains a bundle of reinforcing fibers 24. The tension-applying section 115 applies tension along the direction in which the reinforcing fibers 24 extend to the bundle of reinforcing fibers 24 that pass through the closing section 114. The impregnating section impregnates the bundle of reinforcing fibers 24 with a thermosetting resin 26.
