Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a resin pellet, which more homogenizes a flow rate distribution in a channel width direction y with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A crown 7 is located between a die of a resin extruder and a die holder holding the die. The crown 7 has an internal channel 8 that connects a resin output port of the die holder with a resin inlet port of the die. The internal channel 8 includes an inlet section 81 connected to the resin outlet port of the die holder, an outlet section 85 connected to the resin inlet port of the die, and a squeezing section 83 located between the inlet section 81 and the outlet section 85. The squeezing section 83 has a channel height smaller than these of the inlet section 81 and the outlet section 85, and a channel length along a channel direction x of the resin is different from the channel length along the channel width direction y.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】簡単な構造で、流路幅方向yの流量分布をより均一化する。【解決手段】クラウン7は、樹脂の押出機のダイと、ダイを保持するダイホルダとの間に位置している。クラウン7は、ダイホルダの樹脂出口部をダイの樹脂入口部に接続する内部流路8を有する。内部流路8は、ダイホルダの樹脂出口部に接続される入口区間81と、ダイの樹脂入口部に接続される出口区間85と、入口区間81と出口区間85との間に位置する絞り区間83と、を有している。絞り区間83は流路高さが入口区間81及び出口区間85より小さく、樹脂の流路方向xに沿った流路長さが流路幅方向yで異なる。【選択図】図3
