Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation unit including a reflection member which is easily manufactured and achieves high heat radiation performance, and to provide a light irradiation device.SOLUTION: An irradiation unit includes multiple light source units 531, each of which has a light source 525 and a reflection member 523 which reflects light of the light source 525 to condense a light to a light condensing point. The multiple light source units 531 are arranged side by side, and the reflection member 523 includes a base material 560 and a reflection plate 570 which is attached along a surface of the base material 560 and has a thin plate.
