Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint hole grinding device capable of simultaneously grinding a plurality of bolt insertion holes of a flange joint with high precision.SOLUTION: A joint hole grinding device comprises: a plurality of reamers arranged corresponding to positions of bolt insertion holes of a plurality of kinds of flange joint; an elevation table on which a flange joint to be processed can be mounted; clamp means capable of fixing the mounted flange joint; a sensor for determining a kind of the flange joint; a first motor for rotating the plurality of reamers; a second motor for moving the elevation table upward and downward; rotation transmission means for transmitting turning force of the first motor to the plurality of reamers; conversion means for converting turning force of the second motor into vertical moving power of the elevation table; and control means capable of controlling the first motor and the second motor, the control means having a function of rotating the first motor reversely to grinding with the clamp means released once the flange joint to be processed is mounted on the elevation table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】フランジ継手の複数のボルト挿通穴を同時に高精度で削正することができる継手穴削正装置を実現する。【解決手段】複数種類のフランジ継手のボルト挿通穴の位置に対応して配置された複数のリーマと、加工対象のフランジ継手を載置可能な昇降テーブルと、載置されたフランジ継手を固定可能なクランプ手段と、フランジ継手の種類を判別するためのセンサと、複数のリーマを回転させるための第1モータと、昇降テーブルを上下移動させるための第2モータと、第1モータの回転力を複数のリーマに伝達するための回転伝達手段と、第2モータの回転力を昇降テーブルの上下移動力に変換するための変換手段と、第1モータおよび第2モータを制御可能な制御手段とを備え、制御手段は昇降テーブル上に加工対象のフランジ継手が載置されるとクランプ手段を解除した状態のまま第1モータを削正時とは逆の方向へ回転させる機能を備えるようにした。【選択図】図2
