Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tourniquet device capable of keeping strength of an expansion part excellent, and capable of reducing, with time, pressure force acting on a site at which bleeding should be stopped to the degree capable of preventing vascular occlusion without being operated by a doctor or nurse.SOLUTION: A tourniquet device 10 includes: a belt body 20 to be wound around a wrist W; fixation means 30 for fixing the belt body in a state in which the belt body is wound around the wrist; an expansion part 40 that is connected to the belt body 20 and expands by being injected with gas, the expansion part including a first layer 41 and a second layer 42 covering an outer surface of the first layer. The first layer is formed from material having a larger gas permeation amount per unit area than that of material from which the second layer is formed, and the second layer includes gap parts 43a, 43b capable of exposing an outer surface of the first layer to the outside from the second layer in a state in which the expansion part is expanded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】拡張部の強度を良好に保つことができ、かつ、医師や看護師が操作することなく、血管閉塞を防止できる程度に止血すべき部位に作用する圧迫力を経時的に低減可能な止血器具を提供する。【解決手段】止血器具10は、手首Wに巻き付けるための帯体20と、帯体を手首に巻き付けた状態で固定する固定手段30と、帯体20に連結され、かつ、気体を注入することにより拡張する拡張部40と、を備え、拡張部は、第1層41と、第1層の外表面を覆う第2層42と、を有し、第1層は、第2層を形成する材料よりも単位面積あたりの気体透過量が多い材料から形成されており、第2層は、拡張部を拡張した状態で、第1層の外表面を第2層から外部に露出させることが可能な隙間部43a、43bを有する。【選択図】図2 |
